1. Start at the Jobs board
Pick a role before rushing to the site. The official loop is job-led, so the board gives your shift a clear task.
2. Bring the right materials
Brick, glass and steel must be driven to the construction site. Keep delivery routes clear and avoid abandoning vehicles where your crew needs to pass.
3. Work the active build
Jobs can involve pouring concrete, driving the crane and walking beams. Watch the site state and coordinate before moving a large load overhead.
Call out what you are moving and where it is going. Two seconds of communication is cheaper than untangling a blocked site.
4. Finish, earn and improve
Completing the building earns cash. The developer says skill levels unlock trucks and gear; exact thresholds are not publicly documented, so check the live game UI before planning a purchase.
5. Vote for the next site
Your group can vote on what to build next. Current confirmed choices include skyscrapers, bridges, dams, stadiums and a rocket launch site.
